Private lesson Policies

Pricing

Since I travel to you, pricing may vary based on where you are located. Initial consultations are $50. Consultations may be held in-person or over Zoom, depending on where you're located. Clients further than 30 minutes from Lagrangeville, NY will have Zoom consultations. Full payment for lesson packages is required up front on the date of your first lesson. 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a scheduled lesson will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
  • Cancellations made via email [littlesureshotk9@gmail.com] or by phone more than 24 hours in advance will be accepted with no penalty.
  • Life happens. In the event of sickness or emergency, the cancellation fee may be waived depending on the circumstances. Possible waiver of cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis. 

Refunds

NO REFUNDS

  • 3-lesson package must be completed within an 6-week period, (5-lesson package must be completed within a 10 week period) beginning on the date of the first lesson. Failure to do so will forfeit any uncompleted lessons and no refund will be issued.
  • If you fail to schedule/ reschedule a pre-paid lesson, you will not be issued a refund. 
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

Guarantees

There are no guarantees. There are many factors that play into training a dog, and every dog is different. The most important thing to understand is that training your dog is an ongoing process. It does not end when our lessons are over. All the training we do together must continue to be reinforced/corrected after you leave us. Our #1 goal is that you leave us fully equipped with the knowledge and tools you need to continue to be successful with your dog.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS

  • In the event that you need to pick your dog up early from their stay with us, you will not be refunded for the remaining amount of time in their stay.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • No call /no shows will not receive a refund of their deposit, and will not longer be welcome to board with us in the future.
  • Cancellations made prior to date of drop off via email [littlesureshotk9@gmail.com] or phone [845-242-9898] will be accepted, but will not receive a refund of their deposit. 

Payment

  • A $500 deposit is required upon booking to secure the dates your dog is scheduled to stay with us. Deposit goes towards the final cost of training. 
  • Remainder of cost for board and train is required upon date of drop off. 
  • For each day you fail to pick up your dog after the scheduled pick up date, there will be an additional $100 charge due when the dog is picked up.
  • Prices listed on this website do not include NYS sales tax
  • All deposits are non-refundable.

Overnight Boarding Policies

Cancellations

  • No call/no shows will not receive a refund of their deposit and will no longer be welcome to board with us in the future.
  • Cancellations made prior to date of drop off via email [littlesureshotk9@gmail.com] or phone [845-242-9898] will be accepted, but will not receive a refund of their deposit. 

Payment

  • A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of the total boarding cost is required upon booking to secure your reservation dates. Deposit goes towards final cost of boarding.
  • Remainder of the boarding cost must be paid in full upon the date of drop off.
  • For each day you fail to pick up your dog after the scheduled pick up date, there will be an additional $100 charge due when the dog is picked up.
  • In the event that you need to pick your dog up early from their stay with us, you will not be refunded for the remaining amount of time in their stay.
  • Rates listed on website do not include NYS sales tax.

Pick Up/Drop Off Services

  • Cost of pick up and/or drop off services will be added to total boarding cost.
  • Pick up and/or drop off location must be within 10 miles of our facility (Lagrangeville, NY).
  • Someone must be home at the time of pick up and/or drop off to hand over/collect the dog.
  • If no one is home at the time of pick up and/or drop off, we will wait no longer than 15 minutes for someone to arrive. We will make every effort to contact you. If we do not hear from you, you will need to drop off /pick your dog up at our facility.
